HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT (HCD)
- Fundamental and intermediate short-term training by local Training Providers.
- Specialized and advanced training for staff of Anchor and Vendor by experts at Anchor or Vendor companies.
- Specialized and advanced training for staff of Anchor and Vendor companies at Technology Provider’s companies overseas.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE EXPERT
To secure Technical Assistance Agreement with foreign Technology Provider for:
- Placement for staff of Anchor and Vendor companies for advanced training Technology Provider’s companies.
- Placement of expert at Anchor and Vendor companies, for training and other technology transfer activities.
